Hilton Head Luxury Homes for Sale

While home sales statistics across the country continue to languish under the recent economic downturn, the Hilton Head luxury homes market seems to be leading the way out of the doldrums. Several indicators suggest that our real estate market has passed bottom; pending home sales for November 2010 are up 14.2% from the same time last year, new listings have dropped 23.8%, and the Hilton Head MLS inventory of active listings is down 9.3%.
